CITY OF GARDINER REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR DIGITAL PARCEL MAPPING
The City of Gardiner, Maine is seeking proposals from qualified companies to conduct a conversion and update of the City’s existing Mylar maps to a digital format suitable for GIS applications.
The current maps were created in 1965 and updated until 2000. There are currently 2,648 parcels in the City’s inventory, totally approximately 9,177 acres.
The City seeks updated, digital maps compliant with the State Geo Library Board Level III standard with an effective date of April 1, 2007.
The City seeks to begin the project no later than September 1, 2007 and complete the project by January 15, 2008.

Please submit cost proposals in compliance with the “RFP” to Curt Lebel, City Assessor, 6 Church Street, Gardiner, ME 04345.
Complete proposals must be received on or before Friday, June 1, 2007. Action on the proposals is expected with 60 days. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
