Gardiner Revaluation set to begin
On Wednesday, April 11th at 7 pm, Vision Appraisal Technology will brief the City Council and Public at City Hall with an overview of the Revaluation Project, its time schedule, a breakdown of each phase of the program and how property owners can become involved. Property owners are encouraged to attend this meeting to learn more about this process.
Vision Appraisal Technology is set to begin Gardiner’s 2008 Revaluation project later this month. On Tuesday, April 24th Vision Data Collectors will begin the residential data collection phase of the project. Inspections are scheduled to begin in the northern part of Gardiner, near the Farmingdale line. Property owners can track Visions' progress over the coming months online at the City website.
