REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS
Land Use Ordinance Update
The City of Gardiner, Maine is seeking bid proposals from qualified planning consultants to update its Land Use Ordinance. The City has identified key areas that need to be revised, in an effort to improve Ordinance organization and process. Consulting proposals should include a lump sum cost amount and an implementation timeline. The selected consultant will work with City Planning & Development Department staff and the City’s Ordinance Review Committee throughout the process. Consultants are encouraged to review the complete RFP by visiting the City’s website at www.gardinermaine.com.
Sealed Proposals must be clearly marked: “Ordinance Project”. Completed proposals must be delivered by 4:00 PM on Friday, November 16th, 2007 to:

Submittals delivered after the deadline will not be considered. The City of Gardiner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and negotiate the final scope of the project.
