Libby Hill Business Park Bid Announcement
The City of Gardiner is seeking bids for construction of infrastructure for its Libby Hill Business Park Phase II expansion project. Infrastructure will include roads, water/wastewater utilities and stormwater run-off systems among other infrastructure. The City is planning to add 12 lots to the existing 16 lot business park subdivision, located off of I-295's exit 49. Work will be completed in the 2008 construction season.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 20th at 10 AM, at City Hall. Bids are due April 3rd, 2008.
