LOCAL AUTHOR LECTURE ANNOUNCED
On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 6:00 pm in the Hazzard Reading Room, the Gardiner Public Library will host a book signing event with local author, Sandra Palmer Fish. Copies of her book, S.E.W. for Peace, will be on sale during this program. Proceeds from the sale of this book will benefit the efforts of charities that help feed and educate children.
This simple and eloquent story is beautifully illustrated with artwork contributed by the author’s many family members including her daughters, her mother, her grandmother, her friends and her sisters. It is the story about spreading peace and how contagious that can really become.
Come join us as we learn how this book was created and published and how important the message has become.
