FALL BOOK SALE
(Early Bird Special Sale)
The Gardiner Public Library will be holding its semi-annual book sale on Saturday, November 1, 2008 (6:30am-1:00pm) and Monday, November 3, 2008 (10:30am-4:30pm) in the Hazzard Reading Room of the library.
Are you an early riser? Come to downtown Gardiner and enjoy some great early bird specials from our merchants. This year, the library will be joining in on the fun! Our “early bird special” will run from 6:30am-9:30am and all sale items will be 1/2 price! We will have some baked goodies for sale and we will also offer a gift-wrapping service for all your purchases at a nominal charge.
Come and browse and get some great deals on Saturday. Our regular prices are as follows: hardcover books: $1.00; children’s books: .50 cents and paperback books: .50 cents. Monday is sale day: buy a bag of books for a buck (a bag can hold up to 20 items). Gardiner Public Library is located at 152 Water Street, Gardiner, ME 04345. All proceeds will be used to help defray construction costs from our completed Childrens Room Renovation Project.
