SALE OF TAX ACQUIRED PROPERTY
The City of Gardiner is auctioning a 1987 Astro mobile home acquired by foreclosure
November 18, 2005, serial number 4626 located at 784 Brunswick Avenue. The mobile
home is being sold as is, where is and sits on a leased lot. If the mobile home remains in
Gardiner it must be inspected by the Code Enforcement Officer prior to occupancy.
No Minimum bid.
Inspection: November 25, at 10 am.
Bids Due: November 26, 2008 at 12:00 Noon, accompanied by a deposit of a treasurer’s
check drawn on a Maine bank for 10% of the bid price or no less than $100.
The remaining 90% balance will be due December 2, 2008.
The mobile home must be moved from the leased lot by December 3, 2008 unless
arrangements are made with the land owner.
