HEATING SYSTEM UPGRADES
GARDINER CITY HALL AND PUBLIC WORKS
GARDINER, MAINE
Sealed bids will be received at Gardiner City Hall, 6 Church Street, Gardiner, Maine, until Thursday 3:00pm. on, November 5, 2009, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for replacing the boiler in the Public Works Building with two 48kw pellet boilers and providing a 2” heating loop connecting the two boilers at City Hall. Also are included are three “Bid Alternates”:
Bid Alternate 1. Provide weather stripping the garage doors at Public Works.
Bid Alternate 2. Provide Okofen controls consisting of three analog room controllers, one 2 circuit controller (E1307) and one single circuit controller(E1309),in lieu of reusing the existing Argo relay box and existing thermostats.
Bid Alternate 3: Replace the existing thermostats at City Hall with programmable thermostats.
There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 9:00am starting at City Hall,
6 Church Street, Gardiner ME.

Please forward your bid, using the form provided, along with documentation for the equipment to be provided, in a sealed envelope showing the name and address of the bidder and marked “Heating System Upgrades, Gardiner City Hall and Public Works".
