City of Gardiner Waterfront Project, Phase II Construction Request for Proposals
The City of Gardiner is currently seeking proposals to complete site improvements for its waterfront park, as part of Phase II of the project. This phase of the project includes all site work associated with the construction of a boardwalk over existing boat launch, parking and green space, including excavation, earthwork, storm drainage, utilities, site lighting, landscaping, grading, paving, loam and seeding, and all other works specified in the contract documents.
Sealed bids for the project will be received at City Hall until 12:00 p.m. on March 17, 2010. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Thereafter, bids will be opened in public and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, February 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the City Hall, City of Gardiner, Maine.
