Sealed bids for the construction of the Harrison Avenue Infrastructure Project will be received by the City of Gardiner at 6 Church Street, Gardiner, Maine, 04345, until 10:00 a.m., local time, March 31, 2010, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single sealed envelope addressed to Charles M. Applebee, Director of Public Works at Gardiner City Hall, the outside of which must be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed for Harrison Avenue Infrastructure Project". No proposal may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of proposals.
