As of 2 p.m. today there is a potential for flooding. By 8 a.m. Wednesday a.m., the Kennebec River will be near Crest at 11 ft. At 11 ft, the water will be in the Hannaford Parking Lot. At 13 ft, the water would enter the Arcade Parking lot. Levels above 11 ft will be determined later as rainfall continues. Always remember, do not attempt to drive through rising water.
