For more than 12 years, the Gardiner Public Library has hosted a book discussion group. We meet once a month for about 1 hour to discuss a title picked by one of our members. This person facilitates the discussion by bringing questions and observations about the title or the author. It is great fun and a great way to discover books you may never have known about or thought you would ever read.
The library supplies the book to members and a staff member is always a part of the group. We meet on a Tuesday evening at 6PM and it is a great way to meet folks who enjoy reading a good book…and then talking about it!
Our next title is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson and we will be getting together on May 18th at 6PM right in our Hazzard Reading Room. If you would like more information please call library director, Anne Davis at 582-3312
