The City of Gardiner intends to sell one of the two loaders listed below and will make decisions upon reviewing the bid results.
Loader Bid Instructions
The City of Gardiner is accepting bids on the two loaders listed below.
Bids are due prior to 12 noon on June 17, 2010 and will be opened immediately. Bids maybe be mailed or delivered to Gardiner City Hall at 6 Church Street, Gardiner Maine 04345. Bids must be clearly marked “Loader Bid” Bids that arrive after 12 noon on June 17, 2010 will not be considered.
To be considered the “Bid Sheet” attached must be completed and returned. The successful bidder will be required to supply a certified check within 24 hours of being notified by the city that a bid has been accepted.

Loaders maybe inspected at the Gardiner Wastewater Treatment Plant at 540 River Road on June 17, 2010 from 9am -11am.
Questions about this process and the equipment will be answered on June 17, 2010 from 9am to 11am.
The City of Gardiner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. |
