It is with deep regret and sorrow that I announce the passing of Retired Gardiner Fire Chief Fred Hubbard. Chief Hubbard passed away on August 1, 2010 with his family by his side. Fred not only rose to the rank of Chief of Department, but was a charter member of the IAFF Local 2303! Funeral information should be released shortly!
