Gardiner Public Library Book Sale
It is time for our surprise summer book sale! We have received so many donations; we needed to hold a sale. All are welcome to come and browse and get some great deals on Saturday, August 21, 2010 (9:00am-2:00PM): Most hardcover books – $1.00, children’s books – 50 cents and most paperbacks – 50 cents. Videos and audio books will be priced as marked. Monday, August 23, 2010 (10:30am-5:00pm) is sale day: buy a bag of books for a buck (a bag can hold up to 20 items).
All proceeds will help defray the costs of the restorations to the library. The book sale will be held in our newly air-conditioned Hazzard Reading Room on the main floor. This is a great time to see our newly renovated main floor!
