CITY OF GARDINER, MAINE
Request for Proposals Announcement
“Security Camera Project”
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Gardiner is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install a security camera system for the city’s waterfront project. Bidders will provide pricing for cameras, including installation, as well as a new, expandable, video server to support the system. The new server will be located at the Gardiner Police Department at 6 Church Street. Each bidder will estimate the total number of cameras to be installed. However, the City is asking bidders to install the minimum number of cameras while covering as much of the waterfront park area as possible. A pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall on November 1st at 1 PM, which will include a site-walk, to review sites that are planned for camera coverage within the park. Please include pricing for
monitoring, and annual camera and server maintenance.
All interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals for the City of Gardiner's Security Camera Project, in a sealed envelope marked “Security Camera Project”, by 1 PM on Wednesday, November 10th, 2010. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids can be mailed to:
