The Gardiner Public Library will be having a Ballooning Workshop with the magician Conjuring Carroll on Thursday, Dec. 30th at 3:00 pm in the Hazzard Reading Room. The workshop is geared towards 9- year-old+ and there is a limit of 25 seats available. Registration for the workshop will begin at the library on Monday, Dec. 20, 2010. The workshop is in lecture format with some hands on learning. Participants will need to be able to tie a knot on the end of a balloon. Please call the
