New Libby Hill Business Park Website Launched
New Gardiner Libby Hill Business Park Website Launched!

Gardiner, ME, December 20, 2010 Learning about development opportunities at Gardiner’s Libby Hill Business Park online just became a whole lot easier.  Starting today, the Libby Hill Business Park (LHBP) has a new website: www.libbyhillbusinesspark.com.  The new website is a key part of an ambitious marketing campaign to promote business attraction and lot development at the Libby Hill Business Park.  The new website is designed to optimize web search results and provide business prospects, site locators, developers and others, essential information about the business park.
The new website provides an important platform for the City’s marketing and outreach efforts. www.libbyhillbusinesspark.com offers information that is essential for business owners and developers, including site maps, labor and demographic data and current tenant testimonials, such as the following provided by Peter Prescott, owner of EJ Prescott, and tenant since 2003.  Mr. Prescott says "There are always bumps in the road with any relocation project, but the City of Gardiner was willing to work with us and willing to listen; no matter what the issue, we had a one-call resolution. The City has a very pro-business attitude, and I am positive that is what keeps us here."

Visitors to the website can quickly learn about the business advantages of the Libby Hill Business Park, as well as what lots are available for development.  Selecting the “Get Started” tab will explain the Park’s many business incentives and the proactive business assistance programs that the City offers.  The website also hosts current labor market information, which site selectors require to define the available workforce demographics.  To help keep the website fresh and informative, the City will host a blog about the current Libby Hill Business Park and local economic development events.

“The City continues to take a proactive approach to spur development at the Libby Hill Business Park,” says Mayor Andrew MacLean.  “Having an effective and informative website is a great accomplishment and important part of the overall marketing effort.”
