Come to the library and enjoy a little warmth on us! Join us on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 2:30PM in our beautiful Hazzard Reading Room for our fifth week of Theater Thursdays at the library. We will be screening Resurrection starring Ellen Burstyn and Sam Shepard. It is the story of Edna McCauly (Ellen Burstyn) who almost dies in a car accident and her husband isn’t quite so lucky. Edna returns from the dead possessing the gift of healing. But living in the Bible belt isn’t an easy thing for people with such powers. Edna’s life is in danger when she refuses to believe her newfound abilities are a gift from God.
