Property & Casualty Insurance RFP
The City of Gardiner is seeking bids for property and casualty insurance for a period of three years starting July 1, 2011, through a two-part bid process. Interested parties should contact the City of Gardiner Finance Director, 6 Church Street, Gardiner, ME 04345, in writing, by Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Prequalification Questionnaires will be mailed on Friday, March 18, 2011 with a requested return due date of Friday, April 1, 2011. Selections will be made and notification to interested parties, along with the bid specifications, will be mailed on Thursday, April 7, 2011 with a requested return due date of Tuesday, May 31, 2011 by noon.
Interested bidders may not contact companies/markets until given permission to do so by the city. Failure to comply with this restriction will automatically disqualify the bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
