Gardiner’s Libby Hill Business park is growing once again! Black Diamond Consultants has reached an agreement with the City of Gardiner to purchase and develop a lot at Gardiner’s business park. The company plans to build a new office building and relocate from their downtown Gardiner offices. Black Diamond will design their new building to meet current and future growth office space needs as the company has outgrown office space in their current building located on Water Street.
“We are very happy to remain here in the Gardiner community” said Christian Hébert, President of Black Diamond. “This is a great place to live, work, and raise our children.” Hébert noted that Black Diamond had considered multiple relocation options, including an expansion of the Black Diamond offices in New Hampshire. The company’s deciding factors included the area intangibles such as the atmosphere of Downtown and the Waterfront Expansion. “This purchase will allow us to stay centralized for our core of Maine employees while offering clients easy access from the interstate.”
