 Workers’ Compensation Insurance RFP

The City of Gardiner is seeking bids for workers’ compensation insurance for a period of one year starting January 1, 2013, through a two-part bid process. The City of Gardiner is not self-insured. Interested parties should contact the City of Gardiner Finance Director in writing by Thursday, October 4, 2012 via either: 1) Mail: Finance Director, 6 Church Street, Gardiner, ME 04345, or 2) Email: dbrown@gardinermaine.com . Prequalification Questionnaires will be mailed on Friday, October 5, 2012 with a requested return due date of Monday, October 15, 2012 at noon. Selections will be made and notification to interested parties, along with the bid specifications, will be mailed on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 with a requested return due date of Tuesday, November 13, 2012 by noon.

Interested bidders may not contact companies/markets until given permission to do so by the city. Failure to comply with this restriction will automatically disqualify the bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
