The Daughters of the American Revolution will be meeting in the Hazzard Reading Room on Saturday, September 13th at 10AM. This meeting is free and opened to the public.
The guest speaker will be Carolyn Kelly. Ms. Kelly has a long history of serving the Maine State Organization Daughters of the American Revolution as well as her local chapter. She is currently State Registrar as well as State Chairman of several committees including DAR Service for Veterans, Junior American Citizens (JAC), State Report Yearbook, Credentials, Chapter Achievement Report, and Chapter Development and Revitalization.
She will speak about DAR's programs for Veterans and the ongoing work at Togus. The library is located at152 Water Street, Gardiner.
