Summer Reading Program 2015
Don’t let your children fall behind in their reading skills over the summer.  Why not have them join the Gardiner Public Library’s Summer Reading Program that begins June 22nd and ends on August 17th?  This year’s theme is Every Hero has a Story and the staff at the library is planning some great events!  Every Tuesday we have crafts (ages3-5 at 10:30am and ages 6-12 at 11:30am) and a story hour that begins at 11am.  Look for some of Gardiner’s hometown heroes to be guest readers over the summer.  On June 30th we have an African drumming program and on July 18th we have invited some Star Wars characters to come for a visit!  We will end the program on August 18th with an ice cream social and everyone who participated in our 2015 Summer Reading Program will be invited.

Please stop by at the library for details.  This program is free to anyone who has an active Gardiner Public Library card.  The library serves the towns of Gardiner, Farmingdale, Litchfield, Pittston, Randolph and West Gardiner and is located at 152 Water Street, Gardiner.  Please call 582-3312 for more information.
