Gardiner Rotary donation
The staff of the Gardiner Public Library is pleased to announce that the Gardiner Rotary Club donated $1,225.00 towards the Gardiner Library Association's Community Archives Renovation Project.  The Community Archives Room contains a treasure trove of local history, historic documents, rare photographs and other artifacts from the Lower Kennebec Valley. After the renovations are completed, the space will be a much better room to house our local history.  We are honored that our local Rotary Club picked this project to support and we appreciate all that the Club does for the community.  Gardiner Rotary led the fundraising campaign to build the new gazebo, supports our local students and helped acquire and define Gardiner’s gorgeous Waterfront Park.  If you know someone who is in Gardiner Rotary, please thank them for their support of the Gardiner Public Library!

The library association continues to fundraise for this project and if you are interested in helping please call Anne Davis at 582-3312.  The library is located at 152 Water Street and serves the communities of Gardiner, Farmingdale, Litchfield, Pittston, Randolph and West Gardiner.
