If you’ve ever wanted to try journaling, or have years of journaling under your belt and want to get more out of your writing, this course will teach you how to journal to find more energy, more focus and more fulfillment in your life.
For both the novice and the experienced journal writer, you’ll discover different types of journaling, their purposes and benefits, and get detailed instructions on developing and customizing your journaling. You’ll use a step by step process to ease you into writing, even if you’ve never journaled before. You’ll learn exciting new ways to express yourself and develop your creativity, as well as sample a weekly buffet of inspiring journaling techniques and exercises to personalize and deepen your journaling process.
You’ll find out how you can use your journal to explore your thoughts, feelings, and your values to help you reduce the anxiety in your life, pursue specific goals, and grow your dreams. You’ll learn how to tap into your imagination to find creative solutions to everyday problems and you’ll even discover how your journal can help you make the best choices for you. You’ll learn how to use your journal to support you as you develop true emotional well-being, and keep your life operating at its best.
Anne Valley is an artist and an entrepreneur, and an author of six self-published inspirational journals, with more than 30 years journaling experience. Anne lives in West Gardiner, Maine with her husband of twenty-eight years and their two children. After twenty years of hairdressing and then “retiring” to home school her children, Anne has “graduated” and now divides her time between her family, her wisest women, and her love of art, writing and teaching.
