Appointments & Qualifications of City Mgr
The City Manager shall be chosen by the City Council on the basis of his character and his executive and administrate ability and qualifications.  He shall give bond to the City of Gardiner for the faithful performance of his duties in such sum as the City Council shall determine and direct, and with surety or sureties to be approved by the City Council.  The premium on his bond shall be paid by the city.  The City Council shall fix the salary of the City Manager.
