Section 1351. Operation of City Dump.
The City of Gardiner may maintain and operate a city dump. Any citizen of Gardiner may dispose of rubbish on thcity dump, and, all material so placed on said dump shall become the property of the City of Gardiner. Aperson who removes any material from the city dump without authority shall be guilty of a violation.
