Section 1934. Meetings.
Meetings shall be held as follows:
(A) Regular meetings shall be held on the second Monday of each month during the year, unless otherwise ordered by the committee.
(B) Special meetings shall be called by the chairman or upon the written request of at least a majority of the members.
(C) All regular meetings are to be held at City Hall.
(D) Meetings shall convene at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise ordered. by whom?
(E) The regular meeting held in January of each year may be known as the Organization Meeting. The purpose of this meeting shall be the election and installation of officers, namely, the chairman and the secretary; the presentation of the annual report, the inventory reported and other business that may need to come before such meeting.
(F) The meeting held in December of each year shall be for the approval of the budget for the coming fiscal year and for other business that may need to come before such meetings.
(G) A majority of the members constitute a quorum at any regular or special meeting.
(H) All meetings are open to the public. Executive sessions may be held, but all votes must be public.
