Special sub-committees may be appointed by order of the Parks and Recreation Committee as needs arise. Membership of said sub-committees can be extended to citizens outside the Parks and Recreation Committee; however, the chairman of any special sub-committee shall be a member of the regular Parks and Recreation Committee. These special sub-committees may pertain to program, facilities, areas, finance, pool and beaches, equipment and supplies, and the like.
