Section 1940. Amendments.
(A) This constitution may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the city council by a majority vote of those present and voting, provided notice of the proposed amendment has been given in writing to all committee members at least seven days prior to said meeting. Constitution changes should be recommended to council for their action.
(B) The bylaws, adopted to supplement this constitution, may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the committee by a majority vote of the members present and voting, provided the proposed amendment has been given in writing to all committee members at least seven days prior to the said meeting.
