(A) The chairman shall have the authority to contract for supplies, equipment, and the like up to $100.00 per month without approval of the committee.
(B) All pending expenditures over one hundred dollars for the parks and Recreation Committee must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Committee before contracting for same, with the exception of periodic payment to supervisory personnel.
(C) Any city appropriated funds may be expended.
