Section 2607. Physicians' Parking Spaces.
Physicians may obtain a special permit from the city council giving them a special license to park for an unlimited period of time in such a place as the said city council may designate, and such designated place
may be marked and identified to show that it is so reserved for said physicians. All applications for such special permit shall be made in writing, directed to the city council, who shall give said application their consideration and recommendation. The city council, may, or may not, at their discretion, grant such permit.
