(A) A fire warning light with flashing red light is hereby authorized to be erected overhanging Church Street in the vicinity of the City Hall. When the light is flashing, all approaching vehicles shall pull over to the extreme right-hand side of the road and come to a full stop.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.00 for each violation.
