Section 2823: Fees
It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for the payment of fees from discharges to the municipalitys wastewater disposal system, to compensate the municipality for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program established herein.
The municipality shall adopt charges and fees which may include:
Fees for monitoring, inspections, and surveillance procedures.
Fees for filing appeals.
Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
Fees for evaluating initial information regarding proposed discharges.
Fees for processing Industrial Discharge Permit applications, modifications and renewals.
Fees for consultant services.
Fees for laboratory tests.
Fees for legal services.
All other costs associated with industrial dischargers as appropriate.
