Section 3709. Standards of Evaluation
ss 3709 Standards of Evaluation
A. The Commission shall review an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness and shall use the U.S. Department of Interior Secretary's Standards for Historic Preservation Projects, 1985, or its most recent revision upon which to base its decision.
B. Materials of a different composition which match the original material's visual quality in design, color, and texture may be used to replace missing and/or deteriorated architectural features.
