MINUTES

1.   CALL TO ORDER

        The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rines at 6:40 PM
        
2.   ROLL CALL

Those present were:
                        
Jean Dellert, At-Large                          Brian Rines, Mayor
Dennis Doiron, At-Large                                Jeffrey Kobrock, City Manager
Phil Hart, At-Large                             Molly Gallant, Council Clerk
Michael Webster, At-Large                               

Councilors Hanley, Thomas and Staples absent

Motion by Councilor Webster and seconded by Councilor Dellert to move into Executive Session

Vote: 5 in favor 0 – opposed Motion passes

Out of Executive Session at 7:10 p.m.
Councilor Thomas present.

3.      EXECUTIVE SESSION per MRSA, Title 1, Chapter 13, Section 405
      (6) (D)
     Union Negotiations

Motion by Councilor Webster and seconded by Councilor Dellert to Authorized the City Manager to sign General Unit and Fire Union Contracts.

Vote: 6 in favor 0 – opposed Motion: passes


4. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT

No City Manager Report


5.      COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND PUBLIC COMMENTS

No Council Comments

Mayor Rines asked if there were any objections to having an Item added to the Agenda, there were no objections.

1.1     Consideration of Special Permit for Catering Privileges, The Depot Sports Pub, Inc.

Motion by Councilor  Webster and seconded by Councilor Dellert  to accept Special Permit for Catering Privileges, The Depot Sports Pub, Inc.

Vote: 6 in favor 0 – opposed Motion Passes.


6.        ADJOURNMENT TO WORKSHOP

Mayor Rines adjourned the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
