Mayor Rines called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM

Motion by Councilor Webster and seconded by Councilor Rambo to Accept Consent Agenda Item 3.1-3.4.

Vote: 7 in favor 0 – opposed Motion: passes

4.      OLD BUSINESS
        
4.1           Consideration of Accepting Maine Development Foundation Grant
          Award for Efficient Delivery of Local and Regional Services.

        Motion by Councilor Webster and seconded by Councilor Colwell to
            extend Tabling of this item until June 9, 2005.

        Vote: 6 in favor 1 opposed (Hart) Motion: passes

5.      ADJOURN TO WORKSHOPS

Mayor Rines adjourned the meeting at 7:10 pm to go into Workshops.

Workshop - Receive Recommendations from Water District Governance Committee.

Budget Workshop – General Government, Community Service and Miscellaneous.
