Mayor Rines called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM

No public comment.
Motion by Councilor Colwell and seconded by Councilor Doiron to go into Executive Session at 7:05 pm.
Vote: 8 in favor 0 – opposed Motion: passes
Out of Executive Session at 9:03 pm.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION per MRSA, Title 1, Chapter 13, Section 405 (6) (D)
Union Negotiations
City Council gave directions to the City Manager and Consultants.
5. ADJOURN TO WORKSHOP
Mayor Rines adjourned the meeting to go into budget workshop at 9:05 pm.
