1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rines called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM.

3. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, RESOLUTIONS, & PUBLIC HEARINGS
3.1 Public Hearing of FY 07 Budget.
Public Hearing opened at 7:15 pm, and closed with no public comment.
3.2 Consideration of Comments from the Public on Issues that
Do Not Appear Elsewhere on the Agenda (Please limit comments
to five minutes.)
No public comment.
4. NEW BUSINESS
4.1 Consideration of Sewer User Rates.
Motion by Councilor Benner and seconded by Councilor Colwell to Accept Sewer User Rates.
Vote: 8 in favor 0 – opposed Motion: passes
4.2 Consideration of Sewer Abatements.
Motion by Councilor Colwell and seconded by Councilor Dellert to Accept Sewer Abatements.
Vote: 8 in favor 0 – opposed Motion: passes
5. CITY MANAGER REPORT
Manager Kobrock stated that the Council will find a sheet to rate names for the new Waterfront Trail, please rate and pass in tonight. Saturday, June 3rd there will be a ribbon cutting/naming ceremony along with a road race. Those interested in attending, please let the Manager know.
This year July 4th lands on a Tuesday, in years past the City has closed on a Monday for non-essential personnel to have the option to take a vacation or comp day, Manager Kobrock asked if the Council had any objections, there were none.
The City is near to a transition for regional dispatch, there are already changes happening in the entryway, we will know more next week on the actual cut over day.
6. COUNCIL DISCUSSION
Councilor Hart asked if the inspections were up to date on Exit 27 Autograveyard. Manager Kobrock stated that the first quarter inspection has happened, the second quarter inspection is due, remarking also that Code Enforcement Officer Cichowski stops in often.
Mayor Rines stated that there will be a fireside chat scheduled for the legislative primary candidates on June 8th.
There will be two newspaper stories soon, one concerning Gardiner Savings Institute, and the other on the Pleasant Pond manure, algae, milfoil infestation.
7. ADJOURNMENT TO WORKSHOP
Mayor Rines adjourned at 7:26 pm to go into a budget workshop.
