The goals of the Planning and Development Office are to enhance and diversify Gardiner's tax base and create quality job opportunities while enriching the quality of life for our residents and the people of the Central Maine region.
Presently, our specific projects focus on the development of our business park, downtown revitalization, housing, and existing business retention/expansion.
