On March 10th, 2005 the City Council voted to accept the Cobbossee Corridor Master Plan. The process involved many citizens within the community and was led by Kent Associates Planning & Design. The plan contains vision for the area based on the inventory of properties located along both sides of the Cobbossee. It will be the basis for future planning and implementation for economic development, preservation and recreation opportunities along this area for many years to come.
The report contains many photos and maps and can be viewed by clicking on the following links, in adobe .pdf format. The plan was divided into several sections in an effort to help meet various internet connection speeds.
