1) Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
Nelson Gosline motioned, Glenna Nowell seconded, to accept the minutes of February 8th and March 12th, 2002 as presented. Motion passed unanimously.
2) Economic Development Director's Report
Chris Paszyc reported on the progress of the Downtown Revitalization Project and developments at the Libby Hill Business Park. Chris also reported that Cobbossee Leasing has a signed purchase and sales agreement for the Walker Building.

4) Other Business
a) Tax Increment Financing Workshop with City Council
As a "refresher" for the members of the committee, the City Council suggested holding a joint workshop to discuss the roles and responsibilities of the committee and the council in reviewing Tax Increment Financing applications. The committee generally agreed and asked Chris to arrange it.
b) Pine State Trading Company Tax Increment Financing Application
Norman Gardner motioned, Nelson Gosline seconded, to recommend the City Council grant Pine State Trading Company a Tax Increment Financing agreement on their new facility as submitted 50% Credit Enhancement for 10 years. Motion passed unanimously.
5) Regular Review of RLF Accounts

6) Schedule Next Meeting
The next meeting was scheduled for May 14th.
