Minutes

Attending: Randy Clark, Kim Greenleaf, Glenna Nowell, Andrew MacLean, Geri Robbins-Doyle, Anne Davis, Norman Gardner, Nelson Gosline, Norman Temple, Rebecca Colwell, Chris Paszyc

1)      Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
Nelson Gosline motioned, Geri Doyle seconded, to approve the minutes as presented.  Motion passed unanimously.
2)      Economic Development Director's Report
Chris Paszyc gave a status report on the Libby Hill Business Park, the Downtown Revitalization Project, and the new Housing Initiative.
3)      Loan Applications
a)      Cobbossee Coffee Company
Randy Clark motioned, Andy MacLean seconded, to recommend the City Council approve a loan to Cobbossee Coffee Company in the amount of $50,000 at 4% for 15 years, and obtain a second mortgage on the building.  Motion passed unanimously.
4)      Other Business
Cobbossee Leasing LLC asked to have the approved interest rate of 4% dropped to 3%.  The committee discussed the issue and decided to recommend the rate should not be dropped.
5)      Regular Review of RLF Accounts
No report was presented
6)      Schedule Next Meeting
The next meeting was scheduled for June 11th, 2002 at 8 a.m.
