1) Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
No minutes were presented
2) Great Gardiner Boys & Girls Club Plans -- Ingrid Stanchfield
Ingrid gave a presentation on the club's plans for expansion.
3) Loan Applications
Kennebec Brewing Company -- the committee reviewed the proposal, decided more information was needed, and tabled the application.
4) Other Business
Chris informed the group that Chuck Applebee, Linda Matychowiak and he were working on a policy to provide a sewer rate incentive for new or expanding business, and for apartment owners who fix their apartments.
5) Regular Review of RLF Accounts
All accounts are current.
6) Economic Development Director's Report
Chris discussed various projects being developed around the city.

February 11, 2003.
