Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
The minutes were approved as rendered.

Loan Applications
There were no new Loan Applications.

Pine Tree Development Zones
Chris described some of the recent developments in the evolution of the Governor's Pine Tree Development Zones bill.

Other Business
There was none.

Regular Review of RLF Accounts
All accounts were current.

Economic Development Director's Report
A snowboard manufacturing company named Winterstick has been in discussions with the City about coming to town from Arizona.
The former Commissioner of the State Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), Steve Levesque, has located his private consulting practice in Gardiner.
The Waterfront Task Force has approved a preliminary concept for the Gardiner Waterfront to recommend to the City Council.  
The Arcade Parking Lot Utilities (Verizon, CMP, and Adelphia) are going underground.  The granite bollards along the Arcade Parking Lot's Cobbossee Stream walkway have been installed to protect the shrubs that were planted recently.  
The new section of the Kennebec River Rail Trail should be going out to bid soon after the resolution of a recent delay involving insurance requirements from MDOT.
The City has been getting some very good publicity lately for its housing situation.  You cant buy stories like the recent front-page article in the Maine Sunday Telegram.
The Hotel Feasibility Study should be getting off the ground soon.

The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday June 10 at 8:00 am.  at Gardiner Public Library.
