Libby Hill Business Park Expansion, Phase II Construction (bids due April 3rd, 2008 with a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 20th at 10 AM).

The City of Gardiner, Maine is seeking bids for construction of new road, utilities and other infrastructure at its Libby Hill Business Park.  Infrastructure will be buiilt to service a 12 lot subdivision expansion of the existing business park and extend from Technology Drive.  Any questions concerning the project can be directed to Dave Bragg, design engineer, at Milone & MacBroom (207-865-1358).  For a complete copy of the "notice to contractors" ad, please click here.

Planning & Design Consulting Bundled Projects (bid deadline passed)

The City of Gardiner, Maine is seeking bid proposals from qualified planning and design consultants for a variety of municipal projects.  The City is coordinating the planning efforts on several projects to streamline the plan development process.  Consultants are urged to submit their proposals for one or all of the following planning projects included in this RFP.
