The Associated Grocers Business Park is located at 1000 Brunswick Avenue (Route 201) in Gardiner, one minutes from Exit 27 on Interstate 95. The park's tenants are Associated Grocers of Maine, Inc. (AG) and Brown & Pauley. The park is solely owned by AG. There is land available for the right tenant whose use compliments AG.
AG was established in 1953 as a For Profit corporation. The Association is privately owned by its members and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Associated Grocers of Maine offers its nearly 300 Independent Grocers (members) located in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts many services including but not limited to:

AG of Maine has operated from the development park since it was built in 1985. Facility includes 220,000 square feet of warehouse where all goods are received, stored and later shipped to the 300 members. Attached to the warehouse is 13,000 square feet of office space where all support services are provided.
AG has plans for expansion in 2002:
s 55,000 square feet of additional perishable warehouse space.
s 3.17 acres of new parking, truck storage and manuevering area.
s Construction of a new stormwater retention pond.
s Connection to newly extended sewer line.
