Eligible uses include such elements as:
cleaning and/or repainting of surface brick, stone, or wood surfaces;
repair or replacement of windows, doors, and trim;
restoration of original/historical windows, doors, and trim whenever possible;
cleaning, repair or installation of siding;
removal of "modernization" efforts;
signage;
awnings;
removal or repair of fire escapes;
exterior lights; and
landscaping.
Ineligible uses are:
interior repairs of any kind;
purchase of commercial property/equipment; and
new construction.
