2. Drainage
3. Line of pavement on stream side of parking lot
4. Drive thru location for bank
5. Diagonal parking on stream side of parking lot
6. Retaining wall blend slope to existing ramp
7. Use of existing exit
8. Turning radius exiting site
9. Signage, i.e. Yield, Caution etc. on exit ramp
10. Proposed interior layout of section of building for bank
11. Exit door
12. Move Curves sign or incorporate within island housing bank tube
13. Lot lighting work with Chris to incorporate City s plan.
14. Traffic study (Chris has some traffic study information for both Bridge Street and Maine Avenue)
15. Submittal of plans due to large amount of snow still on site possibility of going to Planning Board with interior layout plans and layout of lot and if approval, approval subject to topography standards and acceptable drainage plan submission.
